What Should You Prepare

  • We provide: Catering chef, cooking equipment, and all food for your party.
  • You bring: Tables, chairs, eating utensils, plates, salad bowls, and drinks.
  • Food order and headcount can be confirmed the week of your event via text.
  • You will receive our phone number in your email confirmation.
  • Attention: Please keep pets restrained during service so our chefs can work safely.

How much deposit is required?

What if it rains on my event day?

Please provide a tent, patio, or covered area — our chefs can cook under any covering. Weather-related cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

What do I need to prepare?

Tables, chairs, plates, utensils, salad bowls, and drinks. We bring the chef, grill, and all food.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes — $1 per mile.

How do I pay?

Cash or PayPal — no extra fee. Venmo and Zelle add a 4% processing fee. Suggested gratuity is 20%.

Can I modify my order after booking?

Yes. Final food order and headcount can be confirmed the week of your event via text.

Do you handle food allergies?

Absolutely. Please fill out our Allergy Form so our chefs can prepare safely.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

  • 48 hours notice required for cancellations and rescheduling.
  • If it rains, please provide a tent or covering so our chefs can cook and stay dry.
  • We can cook under tents and patios.
  • You are responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of your party.

Travel Fee Policy

  • Travel Fee: $1 per mile
